Returns & Exchanges

At Token Jewelry, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-stamped jewelry and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original branded packaging and include the packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
